Say hello to Stephanie, a 34-year-old on a mission to eliminate her back pain.
Health Concerns
Stephanie had been struggling with a nagging issue: "I continuously had a bad back every morning when I woke up". The pain was so severe that "it would take ages for my body to feel back to 'normal' as the day went on."

With guidance from James, she completely transformed her sleep posture. She went from being a stomach sleeper (the "Heavy Lifter" position) to the semi-foetal side-lying Dreamer position.
This new position helped Stephanie maintain proper spinal alignment, reducing pressure on her back.
