If you're based outside of the UK we are unable to facilitate exchanges.

We provide a 44 night trial in the UK to allow you to try out our products in the comfort of your home.

Alternatively, we’d be happy to have you to try out the mattress at our Manchester HQ, at Rutherford (M15 6SZ). We’ll even make sure to stay quiet while you have a nap.

If we aren't all wearing the same size shoes, we shouldn't all be sleeping on the same size of pillow. Levitex pillows come in four different sizes to suit your sleep posture. If you don't know your size, you can find it using our pillow size finder.

If you sleep in two different positions, choose your size to correspond to the position you go to sleep in.

For example, a side and back sleeper who's 5'6" but falls asleep on their side would be a medium size.

This is because the position you go to sleep in is the one you will spend the longest amount of time in.
