General information
The touch and feel of our Sleep Posture products is likely unlike anything you have used before. After four years of tireless research with University of Salford, UCLAN and our own medical director we are now ready to make a difference to how you sleep and your sleep quality.
Caring for your pillow
- Physiotherapists recommend you give the pillow at least two weeks to fully enjoy all the benefits. We therefore will give you 44 days to return if you are unhappy, rather than the usual 30.
- Unlike other foams, Levitex is not temperature sensitive so the performance of the pillow will not change if you like your bedroom hot or cold!
- The pillow may have a residual smell which will naturally disappear after a period of time. You can air it out in a well-ventilated room and wash the outer pillowcase to aid the process.
- The inner foam pillow must not be washed – however, the pillow cover can be washed in a standard washing machine, please check the washing instructions on the label.
- The pillow is designed to be used alongside an optimised sleep posture - so remember to pop an old pillow between your knees and ankles (or under your knees if you're a back sleeper).
Caring for your mattress
- The mattress will rebound to the original shape in 8-10 hours after unsealing the vacuumed packing. Small creases may take longer to recover depending on the room conditions.
- The inner foam must not be washed – however, the mattress cover can be washed in a standard washing machine, please check the washing instructions on the label.
- Please don't flip the mattress. If you wish to, you can turn it so that your feet are where your head used to be and vice versa, but it isn't necessary.
- The mattress may have a residual smell which will naturally disappear after a period of time. You can air it out in a well-ventilated room to aid the process.
Caring for your topper
- The objective of the topper is to provide you with pressure relief
and proprioceptive feedback, as well as postural management. - The inner foam must not be washed - however, the topper cover can be washed in a standard washing machine in accordance with the instructions on the inside label.
- You don't need the topper if you have a mattress, but we do recommend combining the topper with the pillow for optimum benefit.
- The topper will arrive with you vacuum packed - please give it a few hours to come back to shape. It should measure 5cm of height once it's ready to use.
Caring for your Anywhere
- Please store it with the air valve open rather than vacuum sealed.
- Wipe clean only - we recommend a non abrasive cleaning solution. Please don’t put it in the washing machine.
- If your pillow has an air puncture, it will continue to function as a pillow - you just won’t be able to roll it up again and that’s no good for taking it Anywhere.
Thankfully, we’ve included a handy Puncture Kit. To use it:
1. Wipe the repair area clean thoroughly and wait for it to
air dry.
2. Press the patch firmly onto the puncture.
3. Do not fully inflate for 4 hours to allow the repair to set
Our guarantee
The original Levitex pillow has a 3 year guarantee and the mattress has a 5 year guarantee, which covers any factory faults that may develop. This does not cover regular wear and tear.
