An innovation in lumbar support

Welcome to the new age of lumbar support, everywhere you go. It's the first in our upcoming line of accessible products that address postural goals, enable movement, and of course, provide comfort.

Most current back supports are either too firm - so you then push off them and slide forward to slump anyway - or too soft (looking at you, memory foam). The outcome is that you then you sink into them after a few minutes and the support is reduced.

Our patented invention, Levitex foam, has already revolutionised the world of sleep. It's now come to rescue your daytime posture.

Goodbye one-size-fits-all

The most versatile postural aid yet. Created after years of trials, it comes in two sizes to get you the amount of support YOU require.

Be careful, though - our trial testers said they couldn’t feel the cushion doing anything, yet called begging to get it back when we had to take their prototype away.

The beauty of our patented foam is that you won’t feel the support. You’ll simply feel the joy of supported posture.

Side Sleeper Keeper?

You might be wondering what a Side Sleeper Keeper is and why you'd ever need one. As the name might potentially indicate (we tried to be a little coy, you know), it's a way for you to stay on your side while you sleep. It's a great solution for snorers who keep rolling onto their back, but also anyone else who would rather stay on their side. Our Clinical Lead and Neurophysio, Louise, demonstrates.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

How do I know which size to get?

In our tests, we found that 80% of people will suit the 6cm cushion. Only purchase the 8cm if you suffer from lordosis or are of very large build.

The 8cm cushion will, however, be great for snorers who wish to use it as a way to block themselves from turning over to their back. To use the cushion in this way, just take off the straps and pop it either just behind your back, or under the fitted sheet.

How can a lumbar cushion help keep you on your side?

One of the biggest contributors to snoring is people sleeping on their back - side sleeping is the way to reduce snoring through postural management. When you have slept on your back for many years, you need support to help you stay on your side.  The 8cm cushion is the perfect shape to place behind you, at the bottom of your rib cage to support you in side lying and make turning onto your back more difficult.

Are there any other uses for the lumbar cushion?

Our clinical testers have actually found many different ways to use this product.

  • Pop it on your car seat or desk chair - any chair in fact
  • Place it behind your back to act as side lying support (great idea for snorers!)
  • Pop it under your knees if you sleep on your back
  • Extend your armrest for postural support in a chair
  • Or invent your own way, and let us know so we can try it too.
What is the best posture with a lumbar cushion?

We understand that no single posture is the right posture - movement is key to reducing spinal pain. So, Levitex foam is designed to make movement easier and so our lumbar cushion will provide support whilst making adjustment of your position effortless. This is the perfect combination to help avoid stiffness and discomfort whilst sitting.

Clinically researched Levitex foam

What is all the fuss really about?

We have developed our revolutionary foam with postural care specialists, pain medicine consultants, physios, and professional athletes. So, we could use a lot of fancy words to describe it. However, the truth of its main feature is very simple.

Levitex foam is soft like traditional memory foam, but firm like a sprung mattress, all in one composition. At 25% compression (light squeeze) the softness takes all the pressure off your body. However, at 65% compression (firm squeeze), the firmness supports your body and maintains your posture.
