Delivery and Returns
Extended Christmas returns: from November 22nd, any products covered by our 44-night trial can be returned until January 15th, or 44 nights from delivery – whichever gives you more time.
Delivery
We dispatch within one working day.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes – if you place an order with a PO box address, we will contact you to request an alternate address.
UK delivery
We deliver to all UK addresses. Parcels are delivered via a next day courier service (DPD) and are dispatched within one working day.
Pillows: Free delivery

Mattress toppers: Free delivery
Mattress:
- Delivery to door - £30 (1-2 working days via DPD). You will receive your DPD tracking number once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery to room of choice - £80 (2-3 working days). Available only in England, Scotland and Wales.
EU delivery
Parcels are dispatched via a courier service (DHL or DPD, depending on the destination country), but they may be passed on to a local courier for delivery. You will receive your tracking number once the order is dispatched.

One flat fee applies, regardless of the amount of products purchased (so if you were to purchase two pillows, you'd only pay £18 for the delivery of both of them).
Please note that you’re responsible for any customs charges or duties shall they be charged. Whether you incur any customs charges or duties is dependent on where you live, and unfortunately we have no control over this. If you’d like an idea of these, we’ve found this calculator to be quite accurate (please change the origin country to the UK and the destination to where you are).
USA delivery
Your order will be dispatched from the UK. Orders under $800 fall under the customs threshold and should not incur any additional customs charges.
Pillows: Free delivery
Accessories: $15

Your order will be dispatched via a courier delivery service who may pass it on to a local courier for delivery.
You should expect delivery within 3-7 working days from when you have placed your order.
Rest of the World delivery
Parcels are dispatched via a courier service (DPD or DHL, depending on the destination country), but please note that they may be passed on to a local courier for delivery. You will be able to use the DPD or DHL tracking number to track your parcel once your order is dispatched.

We're currently unable to dispatch to Afghanistan, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Western Sahara, and Yemen.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please give us a chance to make it right. Get in touch via hello@levitex.co.uk and we will help.
UK returns
Pillows
We are changing your sleep posture, and this may take some getting used to. We recommend that you give our pillows a try for at least two weeks before deciding whether you love them (and we are sure you will).
If you decide to return your pillow, please do so within 44 days of receiving it (we offer a 44 day trial period).
To return your pillow, please get in touch at hello@levitex.co.uk so we can arrange a returns label for you to drop off your return at a DPD location (within the UK only).
Pillows must be returned in their original packaging and must be in their original condition without any damage, blemishes or stains. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pillows if they do not meet the outlined criteria.

Mattresses and toppers
If you purchase a mattress or a topper and find you don’t love it, we will pick it up and refund you, but please note that we only allow return requests to be made after you’ve slept on the mattress for 30 nights. This is so that your body has a chance to get used to the new sleeping surface.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-mainland UK customers, and so we don’t accept returns from outside the mainland UK.

USA returns

If you decide to return your pillow from the US, please post it back within 44 days, with a note that specifies your order number, your email address, shipping address, item name (found on your order confirmation) to us at our returns-only address:

Use our returns portal to print your returns label.
Please note that your return is not free of charge – all returns are subject to a $10 postage fee per item.
You can pay for your return directly within our returns portal and then drop it off at a nearby location. Please make sure the barcode and order number are not obscured and are clearly legible.
We’ve looked for a solution to make returns affordable for you after hearing horror stories of customers being charged $60 with USPS and $10 returns is currently the best option that allows us to provide you with a returns service without increasing prices.
Mattresses and toppers
If you have purchased a mattress or a topper from the US and wish to return it, unfortunately we are unable to offer this to non-mainland UK customers, and so we don’t accept returns from outside the mainland UK.
Europe/Rest of the World returns
Please note that we do not accept mattress or topper returns outside of the mainland UK.
If you decide to return your order and are based outside of the UK or the US, please post it back within 44 days, with a note on the outside of the box that specifies your order number, to us at:
