How do you get started?
Step 1: Find your neck pain pillow size
First of the two crucial steps, because pillows, especially those for neck pain, aren't one-size-fits-all.
Our pillow comes in four sizes to ensure the perfect fit to you; your body and your sleeping position.
Without spoiling the second crucial step too much though, please mind that our method will only work if you optimise your sleep posture. Sleep like a twisted pretzel and no pillow will help your pain. We do love side and back sleeping so don't worry - you've got options.
Step 2: Optimise your position
When you optimise your sleep posture, all sorts of magic starts to happen. Most notably, it is your first step to waking up free of neck pain.
Combine the optimised posture with your new pillow that is made to actually support your head and neck as your second step and that's you done!
You can achieve good sleep posture by becoming a Dreamer.
Here’s how:

- Transition to sleeping on your side (either one is fine – we recommend alternating). You could also back sleep if you wish. The only position we don't recommend is any where both your knees will touch the bed, aka your front.
- Select the right pillow height for you (you've done this already, woohoo!)
- Stick your old pillow between your knees and ankles. This will help your hips remain neutral and help you achieve the optimum sleep posture, stopping a twist from starting at your ankles and carrying on to your neck.

What's the magic pai-busting material??
Our very own, patented Levitex foam is what allows us to achieve the almost-magical, neck pain busting properties of your pillow.
It's medium firm in feel and is designed to provide equal parts of postural management, pressure relief and proprioceptive feedback.

FAQs
Does pillow size really matter?
Yes. The gap we need to fill between your head and the bed is different if you're 5'2" vs 6'2" - it is only natural you'd need a different size to allow your neck to be neutral.
What if I'm a back or stomach sleeper?
We love back sleepers! As long as you optimise your position to The Soldier (with an old pillow under your knees), you can still optimise your sleep posture.
Stomach sleepers cannot help their neck pain while they remain stomach sleepers, unfortunately - no matter how amazing our pillow is.
What if it doesn't work for me?
