The secret rehabilitation weapon

The Side Sleeper Wedge is a medical device from our Hugga system - perfect for people that need more support to stay on their side. It supports you to stay in the position, while remaining comfortable as the foam distributes pressure but does not lose shape. With the support, you can relax your muscles and stay on your side.

Which side needs support?

The Side Sleeper Wedge can be used either side of you - depending on where you need it, although we recommend using two wedges to support both sides for maximum impact.

Pop one behind your back if you tend to turn there through the night. It will help you settle and stay on the side, providing stability, pressure relief and proprioception.

Place the second wedge in front of you to gently support your torso, preventing you from twisting over and rolling forward to your stomach.

Is this a replacement for the Side Sleeper Keeper?

Rest in peace Side Sleeper Keeper, and thank you to all of you who have helped us with feedback. We didn't quite get it right, so while the Side Sleeper Keeper is rehabilitation, think of this wedge as it's cousin (but better).

Clinically researched Levitex foam

What is all the fuss really about?

We have developed our revolutionary foam with postural care specialists, pain medicine consultants, physios, and professional athletes. So, we could use a lot of fancy words to describe it. However, the truth of its main feature is very simple.

Levitex foam is soft like traditional memory foam, but firm like a sprung mattress, all in one composition. At 25% compression (light squeeze) the softness takes all the pressure off your body. However, at 65% compression (firm squeeze), the firmness supports your body and maintains your posture.

From our Clinical Lead

"There are a growing number of people living independently with a range of conditions that affect their posture and movement.

For those with access to services or very high needs they receive the support to select the most appropriate aid.

For the rest, they are at the mercy of the internet and I have seen an alarming array of poor quality devices that have at best been a waste of money, at worst have caused harm to my patients.

We have worked to take products tested as a part of our successful NHS devices and make them accessible to a wider population." - Neuro Physiotherapist Louise Rogerson
