Delivery and returns

We can only ship the bed frames to the UK (including NI, see below).

Delivery:

To door delivery: £30, 2-4 working days by DX. We will contact you to book in your delivery date so that it's suitable for you.
To room delivery: £80, 2-4 working days by AIT Home Delivery. UK Mainland only. We will contact you to book in your delivery date so that it's suitable for you.

Returns:

Due to the size of this product (most sizes of the bed will come in 3 boxes), we are unable to offer free returns. You may request a cancellation within 14 days of placing your order - in this case, there is a £50 fee to collect your order back from you.

If your bed frame is faulty in any way, there is of course no charge.
