Say hi to Fiona, a 28-year-old from the UK who has faced long nights of restless sleep.
Health Concerns
Fiona has been battling "quite a bit of back and neck pain during the day" and describes herself as a "really light sleeper who struggles to get a good night's sleep most nights." This ongoing discomfort leaves her feeling tired, moody, and stressed throughout her day.
Eager for a change, Fiona decided to try a sleep posture pillow to see if it could break her cycle of pain and poor sleep.
Did It Make a Difference?
She found the new pillow to be "a game-changer. My back and neck pain has definitely improved, resulting in less pain while sleeping. This has allowed me better sleep most nights and helped me feel more refreshed during the day. It was a vicious cycle of pain leading to bad sleep and restlessness, which resulted in daytime tiredness—a cycle the pillow has really helped with."
A New Way to Sleep
Previously, she would toss and turn, frequently shifting between positions like The Heavy Lifter, The Applauder, and The Hedgehog - none of which helped her settle -"I’m quite restless before I manage to sleep, so I found myself changing positions frequently before finally falling asleep,"
Willing to make a change and optimise her sleep posture, Fiona adopted a new position - The Dreamer. "Now that I'm sleeping in The Dreamer position, I’ve noticed I’m not as restless while trying to fall asleep and I don't move around as much during the night."
